LDAP update entries are collected and displayed in the IDS Data Management form of the MiVoice Business contact point. Check this form frequently to
view the status of IDS data updates
identify any updates that require your attention because they have been detained or have failed.
The updates that appear on this form have not yet been applied to the MiVoice Business contact point; nor have they been distributed to other MiVoice Business systems in the SDS network or cluster.
NOTES
To ensure that you are viewing the latest updates, click the Data Refresh button.
The IDS Data Management form displays data for a single MiVoice Business contact point. If there are other contact points in the SDS network or cluster, you must access their IDS Data Management forms in order to view data applicable to them.
User and Service Templates, which supply non-IDS-manageable data, are applied when a new record is added, but not when an existing record is modified.
To view IDS data updates:
Go to the IDS
Data Management form.
The total number of LDAP update errors is given in the top right-hand corner of the form.
